Acceptance and eligibility
By using The LotterySoup, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in lottery activities where you live. If local law requires a higher age, that higher age applies.
Information service only
The LotterySoup provides entertainment, general information, news, historical number trends, and randomized number ideas. We do not sell lottery tickets, operate a lottery, place wagers, or guarantee any outcome. Official lottery sources control all results, rules, prizes, and deadlines.
Subscriptions
Available plans include a seven-day free trial followed by weekly, monthly, or annual recurring billing through Stripe. The price, billing interval, trial end, and first billing date shown at checkout will control. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy or resell subscriber content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse automated tools, or use the service in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The LotterySoup name, design, original text, graphics, and service materials are owned by or licensed to The LotterySoup. No ownership rights transfer to you through access or subscription.
Service changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may correct errors at any time. We aim for reliable delivery but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The LotterySoup is not liable for lottery losses, missed entries, reliance on inaccurate or delayed information, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
